Dear Journal,
Yesterday our parents told us to pack up because we were going to go on a ROAD TRIP ALL AROUND OHIO as a suprise vacation. Today was our last day of school so we are leaving for akron (which is were we are going first) sorry but I have to go get in the car for our first roadtrip northeast to Akron. Were staying in the Courtyard by Marriot hotel for the next two nights.

We got to Akron last night. Right now is the only time today I was able to write because we had to do so much. First, we went to the Akron Zoo and saw more animals then I have ever seen in my life. My favorite animal I saw was the red panda. Here is this awesome picture I got of the cutest one.

After the zoo my Mom took Chloe and I to see the play Annie at the Carousal Dinner Theater while my Dad, Abby and Allie watched a movie at the hotel. I personaly just got in the hotel room and took off my scratchy dress I had to wear for the play to write to you about my exciting day.

p.s. Oh yeah by the way tomorrow were going to the great wolf lodge for a day of fun at the water park yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am super excited because we are getting in the car with all of our stuff ready for the hour ride to the Great Wolf Lodge. After a day of playing in the water park we are going to stay for the night. Here's a picture of our room.

Today was as fun as ever because for one my sisters actually played with me and two we had the funnest time at the great wolf lodge. Allie and Abby went on all of the slides but I was to scared and I only went on two. I took this picture before we started playing because I insisted we do.

Abby was so mean because she told me that the blue slide was not even dark just to get me to go on it. Well I went on and it was pitch black so I ended up saying prayers on the way down.

Right now I'm on my way to the car carrying all my stuff well I guess I left my watch with my dad but still. We are going to Lake Erie where we are going to go to see a Lighthouse, go to Water World and go to the beach for a while.

We just finished walking all the way up the Lighthouse I'm tired... the Lighthouse was built in 1822 so Chloe and I got super scared that it would collapse plus I just don't like that type of feeling. We are finally at Waldameer Water World for our funnest time yet.

It was fun so fun we went on so many roller coasters. I did not want to go on any but my dad made me and I had a blast. My favorite part was when we got to ride in the lazy river. We all had to hold tubes so we were like a big circle, now this did not help us get through any faster but we were all safe and happy.

Right now we're at the beach, well Lake Erie's beach. My sisters are all doing the obstacle course my dad made. The waves are huge and I just got washed under the water. I've decided that at least for now I will stay out of the water. Abby has come to join me on the peer oh yeah I'm actually sitting on the peer feeding the fish. Well I have to go.

Tomorrow were going to Toledo. Toledo is were we are going to two Museums. Were not going to stay over night at all but we will go to the Museum of arts that was built over 100 ears ago. Wow, Bye.

We're in the car on are way to the Neil Armstrong Air And Space Museum. We just got in the car from the toledo museum of arts, this was very cool. Abby and Allie kept like walking away and looking at these odd looking sculptures made of mud ew. Chloe and I wanted to look at this thing made of bird feathers cool. Well were to the Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum. Bye

Well the Neil Armstrong Air Space Museum rocks. We got to see a video of Neil Armstrongs first steps on the moon. This was very cool because we got to see the actual video they took of Neil Armstrong stepping on the moon.

We're here, were in Cinncinati. Like 5 seconds ago our parents told us were going to The Golden Lamb, the golden lamb is a really facy restraunt that is also really old ( I know at least 100 years old ). Were here oh... I have to go bye.

I got the very best dessert ever, I got the golden lamb cheese cake "amazing". The Golden Lamb has to be my favorite restraunt now. Next were going to the Harriet Beacher Stow House which is the house/ muesam of a very famous auther Harriet Beacher.

I learned so much about Harriet but I only have time to talk about the importants of Harriet. Harriet Beacher wrote the book Uncle Toms Cabin. This book opened up the eyes of people all around the world about slaves. This book was trying to stop slavery and had a part in why they started the civil war.

We just got in the car from the Ohio Caverns. The Ohio Caverns is this really cool place were you can search for gems and look at all the different landforms. I found a emarald that I got to bring home. We went to the ohio caverns on our way to Cincinnati

We're at Boca. Boca is so fancy, I'm eating this dish that is really yummy but I dont know what its called though. I know it had a egg on the bottom and I think it has spinach on top. After dinner were going to see Miracle On 34th Street on the Showboat Magestic , I am super excited.

Miracle On 34th Street was so cool. The actors were like they were the actual person from the movie. There dancing was really cool to they did all these tricks and stuff. I hope we can see it again!!!

We're here. Well in Columbus and at Battelle Darby Creek. We are going to go boating and then go hiking for an hour. I will write back when we are done hiking.

Hiking was amazing and they even let us go fishing while we were on the boat. I caught a fish that was 8 inches long and 3 inchs wide. My mom gave us each $20 dollars to spend, I got a really cool walking stick thats hand carved. Next were going to scioto river to go creeking!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scioto River was awsome cause I caught 5 crayfish and 1 Guppie. What stunk was that I had to put the little guppie back in the water along with the crayfish I caught. Well we're on our way home from our raod trip around ohio, but Abby and I are going to make a scrapbook of our big trip. I have to go were home and I am tired.
